See the House

In our home, we've done our best to provide you with just about everything you need to make your vacation perfect. In addition to "the basics," we've added many of the "finishing touches" you often wish a vacation rental had - things like spare beach towels, backpacks, tennis rackets, spices, and more. For towels and linens, you may prefer to bring or rent your own, but if you forget or choose not to, the house comes furnished with high-quality sheets and towels. We only ask that you leave them as you found them - clean and put away.

Why choose our home?

We realize there are many great rentals available on the Cape. We wanted to create a vacation rental that we would want to rent -- and go back to year after year. What makes our house distinctive?  One of the most important parts of your vacation is "R&R" -- rest and relaxation. We've rented plenty of places with old, uncomfortable beds. All of our bedrooms feature new, super comfortable memory foam mattresses which are protected with six-sided dust-proof and bug-proof mattress protectors. Renters have even asked us where we bought them -- they slept so comfortably, they wanted one for their own home! We don't think many other places can make that claim.

Add a quiet cul-de-sac, awesome biking on the bike path or to Cape Cod's National Seashore, and relaxing in a rocker on our great front porch -- you'll have a truly unforgettable vacation!

The large master bedroom features a roomy and comfortable four-poster king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and new bedding and plenty of pillows. It runs from the front to the back of the house and offers great air circulation and on a quiet night, you can hear the ocean!

The third bedroom also features a queen-sized bed with new bedding and plenty of pillows. This room features a fun little hidey-hole that your kids will love to hang out in, build a fort, or even put a sleeping bag! Faces the front of the house.

The Kitchen

Everything you need - plus a little more.

The kitchen was renovated in 2020 and is fully equipped, and just about everything is brand new. You'll find everything you need for a home-cooked meal - including the largest lobster pot we could find - or, if you prefer to eat out or take out ... go for it! The kitchen table seats 8 comfortably, and there's a "coffee nook" with comfy chairs for enjoying your morning coffee and the paper.

The Living Room

Relax on a comfortable leather sectional - or play a game on the game table.

If you're staying indoors, we encourage you to relax and put your feet up! Our house offers WiFi, cable, and a selection of games and puzzles for your indoor enjoyment.

(This picture also shows you the dining area and coffee nook, just through the doorway on the other side of the kitchen.)

The Den

A little extra room for extra guests - or to relax with a good book!

The first floor also features a large den with a queen-sized futon with new, posturepedic mattress. A great spot for overflow guests, or to stretch out and relax for a good book or an afternoon nap!

Second Floor Bathroom

New tile shower and a soaking tub.

The second floor bathroom features a new, large tiled shower with a pebbled floor, cathedral ceilings and a soaking tub with skylight.

The Outdoor Shower

A large, enclosed outdoor shower to wash off the sand.

Great for a rinse off after the beach or your morning run, with plenty of room to hang your towel and dry clothes so they don't get wet!

The Front Porch

One of our favorite places!

The front porch is one of our favorite places to relax with good friends, a good book, a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine. Even on the warmest summer days, you'll catch a cool breeze and a birdsong.
