Welcome to Our Home
We're happy you're considering a stay at our house! We have rented in Cape Cod many times and we've tried to incorporate all the things we liked about the places we've rented, here in our Cape house. We bought 115 Saltwinds in July 2013 - so we're new at this! We welcome your feedback as we aim to make our house better and better each year!
Near the ocean ... and the bike path!
When we started looking at houses - we knew we wanted to own on the ocean side. 115 Saltwinds is less than 2 miles by road (or about a mile and a half as the crow flies) from beautiful Nauset Light beach, and about 2-1/2 miles from world-famous Coast Guard beach and the peaceful bay beaches. When we're on vacation, we try to go to the beach every day!
But if you're not an everyday beachgoer, Eastham has so much more to offer ... and so much of it is right along the bike path! So bring your bikes, rent some (or borrow one of ours) and explore! You won't be disappointed!
Like to hike? Be sure to check out the Fort Hill trails and the Salt Pond Visitors' Center in Eastham, or the Audobon trails in Wellfleet.

Our house is just about a half an hour to many of our other favorite places: Provincetown, Hyannis (and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard), Dennis and Chatham are all a short drive away. And we're only about 10 minutes from the charming village of Wellfleet, and Orleans center.
