Off-season Rental Rates:

$250/night plus $225 cleaning fee

 

April Vacation weeks and May/June Pre-season Rental Rates:

$300/night plus $225 cleaning fee

3-night minimum stay

 

SUMMER RENTAL RATES

$2,400 / week plus a $225 cleaning fee

7-night minimum stay

Please note: a 12.45% Massachusetts state rental tax will be added

Terms:  

Summer Rentals:  50% deposit due at time of reservation (refundable less $100 cancellation fee if cancelled by Memorial Day weekend of rental season and we are able to re-book). Balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date. $250 security deposit (returned after your stay, if no damage). If you are unsure of your ability to stay, for your protection we recommend you purchase vacation insurance.

 

Off-Season Rentals:  50% deposit due at time of reservation; balance due 30 days before first day of reservation.
